Boilerplate — short
THRIVE is a habit and goal tracker for iPhone that looks and behaves like a 1983 phosphor terminal. You pick up to six goals, one per side of your life, and check them in on a weekly grid; stats, levels, streaks and shields turn a year of small decisions into something you can see.
The look is not a skin. Every stat glyph, every rank insignia, the radar chart and the scanline overlays are drawn procedurally in SwiftUI Canvas — there is not a single bitmap in the interface, which is why the whole app recolours to a different phosphor at runtime.
There is no account, no feed, no ads and no analytics. Nothing ever leaves the device.
Built and designed by one person, with no third-party dependencies. Free for 14 days.

Angles worth writing about
- Not a single bitmap in the interface — every glyph, insignia and chart is drawn in SwiftUI Canvas, so the whole palette recolours at runtime across five phosphors.
- A terminal grid that works in VoiceOver: each cell announces its goal, day and state in plain words, from one function shared by app, stat calendar and widget.
- A progression model that does not flatter you — a stat left alone for seven days starts fading.
- No account, no analytics, no network calls at all. The privacy label is literally true because there is no server to send anything to.
